How we helped Konoko Falls significantly improve awareness and attendance.

THE CHALLENGE: One of our beloved existing clients, Guardsman Group, challenged us with the task of helping improve the online presence of one of their sister companies within the group—Konoko Falls.

Social Media

Although the Falls was well-attended by tourists on the North Coast, we aimed to ramp up local attendance by creating a social media campaign to drive awareness and traffic. In conjunction, we also ran an online ad campaign as well as pushed user-generated content.

Photography and Video Production

We captured fresh location photography of the property to be used in the new social campaign.
We also created a promotional video to highlight the attraction and its amenities, which went viral and was used to promote the falls on cruise ships, in local movie theatres, and on social media.

Influencer Marketing

We implemented an Influencer Marketing Programme by inviting 5 social media influencers per month to the Falls in exchange for providing us with feedback and content.

Impact

Our video reached was viewed over 100,000 times reaching over 185,000 people online.
